Get ready for fast-paced action under the lights. Join us Friday nights for our 7v7 Flag Football League on our smaller indoor/turf-style field (approx. 50 yards x 30 yards). Tight routes, quick reads, and nonstop action every week.

Rules: Standard SSA 7v7 flag football rules apply.

$850 per team (flat team fee)
Payment is required at the time of registration to lock in your spot.
Ref Fees: $40 per game (paid weekly, split by the team)

Sunday Night Indoor Soccer at OLR –
Join us Sunday nights at 8pm for Cuse Sports Indoor Soccer at the OLR Indoor Training Center! Games are 5v5 plus a goalie, COED 18+ with at least 1 females on the field at all times. Rosters cap at 15 players, and each game has two 25-minute halves.
One referee per game; teams split the $25 officials fee.
Fast-paced play, live walls/nets/ceiling, no offsides, no slide tackling — just high-energy indoor soccer all winter long.

Get ready for the exhilarating action of Syracuse Sports Association Flag Football! Here's all the exciting details you need to know:
SSA provides flag belts, but teams are highly encouraged to purchase their own "popper" belts for an enhanced gameplay experience.
The team fee is $650, with a $50 non-refundable deposit required upon registration. The deposit will be deducted from the team fee when the balance is due.
To ensure fair play, each game is officiated by three officials and a Statistician provided by SSA. They will be paid $55.00 before the start of each game.
Starting rosters consist of 8 players, including 3 down linemen, with a maximum roster size of 20 players. These 20 players are the only ones allowed to participate during the season. In case of injuries, teams are allowed two IR roster moves, which must be coordinated with the league commissioner.
Prepare for thrilling matches with two running halves of 25 minutes each. For a comprehensive understanding of the game, please visit the flag football home page, where you can find a complete set of rules.
Show your team spirit with mandatory team shirts that feature numbers on the back. Don't forget to declare your shirt color upon registration, as colors are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility for playoffs requires players to participate in at least 5 regular-season games. No exceptions! Get out there and show off your skills.
